 In an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we fulfil orders immediately upon receipt. Therefore, we are unable to cancel orders or make any changes to an order once it has been placed. 

Dispatch

+All orders received before 2pm are shipped the same day.

+Orders received after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are in stock. If an item you order is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order you will be notified within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a refund.

How much is delivery within Australia?

Due to COVID-19;

Express shipping:

All orders have the option of express shipping at the set Australian price.

Standard shipping:

Orders over $100 will receive free standard shipping.

Orders less than $100 will be charged at the set Australian price.

How much is delivery outside of Australia?

Shipping internationally

Express shipping $44.95 max weight 2kg

Standard shipping $34.95 max weight 2kg

+ Every International package is tracked and requires your signature upon receipt. Due to the differences in international law, Brazilian Leaves cannot predict customs charges, customs charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

How do I track my package?

All packages include a tracking. When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. Please make sure the email address you enter is correct.

Enter your tracking number in and you can see your parcel in transit.

If your package is verified as lost or damaged in transit by the shipping company (Australia Post), we will work with you to replace the item at a discount to be determined at our discretion. If the tracking information lists the item as delivered correctly, it is the customer's responsibility to care for the package.

 

How long does delivery take?

Domestic order: All domestic order are sent by Australia Postal Service.

Standard: 3-6 working days + for Metro (Country + 2 to 3 days)

Express 1-3 working days for Metro (Country + 2 to 3 days)

NZ order: All NZ order are sent by Australia Post Registered International Postal Service, the delivery time frame is around 8-14 days and if you would like to track your order please contact Australia post or NZ post for more detail.

International order: All international order are sent by Australia Post Registered International Postal Service, the delivery time frame is around 8-14 days and if you would like to track your order please contact Australia post or your country post for more detail.

Will your website logo and name be displayed on the packaging?

No, we will not include or print our logo or name (Brazilian Leaves Australia) on the packaging, it will be a plain packaging.

In order to protect our customers, Brazilian Leaves monitors for potential credit card fraud and identity theft. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify the customer's identity. In cases where the order may be fraudulent, the package will not be shipped until the billing information has been successfully verified. Illegal and fraudulent orders are subject to legal action.
