How do I track my package?
All packages include a tracking number. When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number.

If your package is verified as lost or damaged in transit by the shipping company (Australia Post), we will work with you to replace the item at a discount to be determined at our discretion. If the tracking information lists the item as delivered correctly, it is the customer's responsibility to care for the package.
