In an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we fulfill orders immediately upon receipt. Therefore, we are unable to cancel orders or make any changes to an order once it has been placed.
All orders received before 2pm are shipped the same day.

Every International package is tracked and requires your signature upon receipt.
Due to the differences in international law, Brazilian Leaves cannot predict customs charges, customs charges and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I track my package?
All packages include a tracking. When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. Please make sure the email address you enter is correct.

Enter your tracking number and you can see your parcel in transit.
If your package is verified as lost or damaged in transit by the shipping company (Australia Post), we will work with you to replace the item at a discount to be determined at our discretion. If the tracking information lists the item as delivered correctly, it is the customer's responsibility to care for the package.

Will your website logo and name be displayed on the packaging?
No, we will not include or print our logo or name (Brazilian Leaves Australia) on the packaging, it will be a plain packaging.
In order to protect our customers, Brazilian Leaves monitors for potential credit card fraud and identity theft. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify the customer's identity. In cases where the order may be fraudulent, the package will not be shipped until the billing information has been successfully verified. Illegal and fraudulent orders are subject to legal action.
Returns and Refunds Policy

If you change your mind for any reason on any full priced item you’ve purchase from us, we will issue you with a credit note for the value of the item(s) you are returning. Change of mind includes instances where a style didn’t suit you, did not fit you how you wanted or expected it to, and any reason other than where our returns team assess an item as faulty.
Full-priced items are eligible for return for refund to the original form of payment within 14 days of being received. SALE items are not eligible for return and are considered to be final sale. We are unable to process exchanges for international orders at this time. Please note that all international taxes and duties are non-refundable.Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

Your return will only be accepted if:
- Your return is received by us within 14 days of purchase;
- The returned item is in its original sellable condition ie. it is unworn, unwashed, unmarked, damaged and has all tags attached;
- The item does not have any fake tan, makeup or deodorant marks on it, even if only tried on;
- Bikini bottoms still have the removable adhesive pad sticked;
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- Submitted a returns request through Returns Submission
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
